1980s, Birss Consulting Group (BCG) was
established to assist clients with resolving disputes without recourse to the
courts. BCG provided a dispute resolution
service heavily focused on financial solutions avoiding the legal cost usually
associated with such matters. Today, Birss Financial’s commercial approach
leaves the client in control of the process (not the legal system) and is
designed to deliver quicker and far more cost effective results.
Tasman Corporate holds a security dealer’s license
issued by ASIC. This license enables our firm to provide financial and
investment advice to our clients and a suitable vehicle for client projects.
Birss Financial Management supports our clients with
accounting services. These services extend from administration support to
strategic business advice especially where clients are developing or
restructuring their businesses.

Terry brings a unique approach to
problem solving and has provided commercial and financial advice to clients
since 1980s.
His experience also includes
corporate reconstruction and recovery, the establishment of new businesses and
commercial dispute resolution. Terry has extensive experience in the finance
industry in corporate lending, risk assessment and internal audit. Terry is a
Rotarian.
